Mirela Vargas can win against anyone including Kayla Harrison: Augusto Nasser

Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing world champion Mirela Vargas has already made an impact in the MMA world. Vargas recently made her MMA debut Cris Cyborg’s MMA promotion, Nação Cyborg, and picked up a knockout win in just 12 seconds.

Now that her entry into the MMA world is done, Mirela’s coach, Augusto Nasser says that she can be a real force to reckon with if provided the opportunity.

“We will shock the world when we receive the opportunity. We had our eye on the PFL when deciding to make the transition to MMA. I believe if they give us the opportunity, we would create magic because Mirela is the real deal.” he said during his interview with WMMArankings.com.

Nasser further went on to note that Vargas could get a win over anyone in the PFL including Kayla.

“Mirela is able to beat anyone if she connects a punch. Kayla is a real champion but if Mirela has an opportunity, everyone will see she is a real nightmare. We will continue to make fights until the PFL look into us. We want to continue breaking records, Ronda Rousey won her shortest fight in 14 seconds, we won our debut in 12 seconds. If PFL give us an opportunity, we will win against anyone, including Kayla.” He added.

Kayla has been unstoppable during her run in PFL. She currently holds a professional MMA record of 12-0 to her name and is currently a free agent.
