Jarred Brooks and Bokang to fight for title shot against Joshua Pacio

A fight between Jarred Brooks and Bokang is all set to happen at ONE: Reloaded on April 22, 2022. The winner of the fight will reportedly get a shot at the ONE Strawweight title and champion Joshua Pacio. The news was first reported by Drake Riggs of MMA Mania.

Jarred Brooks has been unstoppable in ONE Championship since his promotional debut and has been calling for a showdown with Pacio for a long time now.

Brooks made his ONE Championship debut back in October 2021 against Lito Adiwang and had secured a second-round submission victory. He then followed this up with a decision win over Koha Minowa which further increased his stake in the Strawweight division.

Bokang, meanwhile, holds an undefeated MMA record of 8-0 to his name. He has two wins in ONE Championship to his name with his promotional debut happening back in ONE: Mark of Greatness against Ryuto Sawada. Bokang then outclassed Rene Catalan to climb the ONE Strawweight rankings as well.

Joshua Pacio has been reigning on top of the ONE Championship Strawweight division for a long time now and it would be interesting to see the new challenge that Brooks or Bokang brings to the table for the Team Lakay star.
