Combat Go enters India with MX Player, to have 24/7 streaming in the country

Global Fight Sports Channel Combat Go is now available in India. Combat Go will be streamed 24/7 on MX Player in the country and this will be in addition to the international impression that the channel has through platforms like Xumo, Stirr, LG Connected TV, Pluto TV, Vizio, Etisalat, and more.

The channel is known for combat sports content and covers many disciplines like Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay-Thai, and Kickboxing among others. It will also feature combat-related Docu-Series and Movies in the new 24x7 Channel format which will be available on MX Player.

Combat Go will be free for the users of MX Player and is expected to bring multiple combat sports events from around the world to the Indian audience as well.  

Interestingly, the popularity of Combat Sports has been on the rise in India for the past few years. According to The Broadcast Audience Research Council India (BARC) report in 2019, Mixed Martial Arts managed to get a sports viewership share of 0.3% which was higher than Tennis, Racing, and Basketball.

With domestic events in Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, and Muay-Thai on the rise, the interest is likely to go higher and the entry of Combat Go will aid the same as well.
