Two of the world's top Featherweight fighters seem to be roaming towards an inevitable clash inside the BRAVE Combat Federation Arena.

Gabriel "Fly" and Ilia Topuria have developed one of the most intense rivalries in the organization with repeated trash talks from both sides which were ramped up this week throughout social media.

Brazil's "Fly", who's coming off a decisive submission win against Jhon Zarate in Colombia last year, has used his own profiles on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to ask BRAVE CF to put together a fight between him and Topuria.

The Spanish athlete has gone one step further, and challenged Gabriel, urging BRAVE CF to make the fight so he could "break Gabriel's face".

The Brazilian Jiu-jitsu ace, who has finished all of his fights, with 13 out 14 pro victories via submission, has also called out Topuria repeatedly and the duo seem destined to fight each other once the Coronavirus pandemic is under control and BRAVE CF resumes its events.

Gabriel and Ilia have a rivalry that goes on since they fought at the same event at BRAVE CF 26, in Colombia. Throughout fight week, in September of 2016, the rivalry kept building up, and after both men won their respective bouts they seemed bound to fight.

However, Gabriel was sidelined due to injury, and Topuria ended up on the BRAVE CF 29 card when he fought Steven Gonçalves in a fight that can be rewatched this Saturday on BRAVE CF's official Facebook page. The entire show will be available starting at 6 PM (GMT+3).
