The BRAVE Combat Federation Bantamweight title is all set to be on the line at BRAVE CF 57. Hometown hero Hamza Kooheji will be looking to be the first World Champion from Bahrain when he fights SBG Ireland star Brad Katona in the main event.

The stakes are clearly high for the fight and heading into the fight Katona feels that the pressure is on Hamza Kooheji as he will be fighting in front of the home crowd.

“I don’t feel any extra pressure. Bahrain or not, he probably has that energy behind him because you know, he is from KHK and the promotion is his home. There is no extra pressure on me. I knew I would get this fight when I signed the contract and I was expecting this fight. They’ll try to pit their best against me and that’s what I signed up for. This is not unexpected. In some ways, there is less pressure on me. He is the one that needs to fight in front of his hometown, he is the one that has to deal with the screaming fans. They can say whatever they want to me if they are hostile or supportive. I can take the love or brush off the hostility. Once the cage door shuts it's him and I,” he said.

Hamza Kooheji comes into the fight with Katona with the greatest number of wins in the BRAVE Bantamweight division and he will be looking to cement his place on top of the division with a win.

Katona, on the other hand, has a chance to spoil the party for Hamza and take the title to Ireland and Canada if he wins the main event.
