The Inner Circle: Yod-IQ Ready To End Kiamran Nabati's Perfect Record

Yod-IQ Or Pimolsri is not running from the biggest test of his career. He is running toward it.

The Thai sensation returns to action in the main event of The Inner Circle on Friday, May 22, taking on undefeated Russian dynamo Kiamran Nabati in a bantamweight Muay Thai fight. The event broadcasts live exclusively on live.onefc.com from Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

The 24-year-old from Buriram began his Muay Thai journey at the age of 7 and has since built one of the most impressive records in the division.

Training out of PK Saenchai Muaythaigym, Yod-IQ carries a 126-36 pro record and an 11-1 ONE record into the main event, riding a nine-fight win streak. When the call came to face Nabati, there was no hesitation.

"Even though it's a massive challenge, I accepted the fight immediately because I want to test my level," he said.

Standing across from him will be one of the most dangerous unbeaten fighters in the bantamweight division. Nabati trains out of Archangel Michael and brings a perfect 22-0 pro record to Bangkok, with four victories over world-class opponents already on his ONE resume.

The Russian is known for his explosive striking and has given no opponent a foothold since stepping onto the global stage. Yet Yod-IQ believes he holds a crucial edge heading into the contest.

"My only real advantage is that I'm 'fresher' — he's been out for a year, while I've been fighting consistently. I should be faster, and I'm going to throw every Muay Thai weapon in the book at him," he said.

The Thai fighter is not just backing himself to be faster. He is backing himself to be the nightmare that ends Nabati's unbeaten run, and he has a name for the role he intends to play on May 22.

"I will treat you as an elevator, I'm definitely not going to be a walkover. I am the 'Russian Slayer.'"

A nine-fight win streak against a 22-0 unbeaten record. Bangkok on May 22 has all the makings of a bantamweight Muay Thai classic.
