India’s Suchika Tariyal delivered a gritty performance on the global stage at BRAVE CF 104, going three hard rounds against Poland’s Kinga Jendrasik in a 54.12-kg catchweight bout.
Competing under the banner of BRAVE Combat Federation, Tariyal, a multiple-time Indian national judo champion, showcased her grappling pedigree against a seasoned European opponent inside Aleksandar Nikolić Hall.
From the opening round, both athletes engaged in high-level ground exchanges, trading submission attempts and positional control. Tariyal’s balance and clinch work were evident, as she looked to impose her judo-based takedowns and maintain top pressure.
Jendrasik, however, managed to edge key scrambles and landed effective ground-and-pound in crucial moments. After three competitive rounds, the judges awarded Jendrasik a split decision.
The event in Belgrade featured several major finishes. In the main event, Luciano Palhano dominated hometown fighter Nikola Joksović over three rounds. Miha Frlic secured a first-round TKO in the heavyweight co-main event, while Borislav Nikolić thrilled the Serbian crowd with a second-round stoppage.
