Pearl Gonzalez will cross over to the "sweet science" this weekend when she collides with former UFC flyweight Gina Mazany as part of the Gamebred Boxing 4 pay-per-view event, which is scheduled for this Saturday night at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Gonzalez attended the pre-fight press conference earlier this week while dressed entirely in Fruit Roll-Ups and now, she showed up with another handmade costume at the weigh-ins as well.
“Another handmade outfit by my Auntie!” she noted on Twitter while sharing a video of the weigh-ins.
Her most recent fight was a boxing match under Gamebred Boxing promotions at Gamebred 3 in November, where she defeated Ivana Coleman in the first round.
This fight will not only be the Chicago-based fighter's return to the boxing ring, but it will also be an occasion to display her knockout power in the boxing world. When asked what she hopes to prove against Mazany, she responded unequivocally that she hopes to demonstrate her knockout ability in boxing and that she feels her opponent is willing to fight.

She is currently 10-5 in her professional MMA career and last fought MMA in 2020 when she fought at Invicta FC. It was a loss against Miranda Maverick and prior to that, she had secured a win over Brogan Walker as well. She was last seen under the UFC banner back in 2017.

The costume has received some interesting responses as well.
“Gamebred boxing turning into a /fashion show. And I'm all here for it”
“Lawd pearl so fine”
“I approve.”
“Shout out Auntie!”
“Incredible, Ma! Love it!”
