Four more bouts have been added to ONE SAMURAI 1 on April 29 at Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan.
Japan’s Nadaka makes his first ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Title defense against Thai contender Songchainoi Kiatsongrit, Shimon Yoshinari takes on 19-year-old Johan Ghazali in flyweight Muay Thai, Hiromi Wajima faces Argentine finisher Ricardo Bravo in featherweight kickboxing, and Toki Tamaru meets Toma Kuroda in an all-Japanese atomweight kickboxing clash.
Nadaka's first title defense is the centerpiece of these additions.
The 25-year-old from Eiwa Sports Gym has been a revelation since arriving in ONE Championship in 2025, winning three consecutive bouts before claiming the inaugural ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Title at ONE 173 by outclassing Numsurin Chor Ketwina on home soil.
His 4-0 ONE record is merely the latest chapter of a career that has already produced the Rajadamnern Stadium, Lumpinee Stadium, WMC, and WBC Muay Thai World Titles, a collection that speaks to the extraordinary level Nadaka has operated at throughout his career.
Songchainoi is precisely the kind of opponent who tests a champion's credentials. The 25-year-old Thai carries a 60-18 striking record and a 10-1 ONE record built on sustained aggression and finishing power.
Five straight victories after his ONE debut in 2023 earned him a six-figure contract, and a nine-fight winning streak at his peak established him as one of the division's most feared contenders.
The supporting bouts deliver their own compelling storylines.
Shimon, a technically gifted 21-year-old Japanese fighter with a 25-1 career record and an unbeaten ONE run featuring four wins and one no contest, faces the unpredictable challenge of Ghazali, the Malaysian-American prodigy who burst onto the ONE scene at 16 years old, winning his debut in 16 seconds.
He has since built an 8-3 ONE record with six finishes, currently riding back-to-back victories that signal a return to his sharpest form.
Wajima, a multi-time K-1 Champion known for his technical precision and 18 knockouts from 22 career wins, looks to announce himself in the featherweight striking division against Bravo.
Finally, Tamaru faces Kuroda, a fellow Japanese fighter who claimed his only promotional win against Russia's Kirill Chizhik in 2025 and looks to build momentum on home soil.
