The inaugural edition of Legacy Fighting Championship delivered an action-packed night, featuring finishes, dominant performances, and a thrilling main event.
In the main event, Lalnunsanga secured a hard-fought decision victory over Suraj Ojha in a bantamweight contest. Despite a point deduction, Lalnunsanga showcased resilience and control to earn the win, along with the Performance of the Night award.
The co-main event saw SK Akib Ali and Edukondal Rao battle to a majority draw in their lightweight rematch. Their first encounter ended in Akib’s favor, making this result an evenly poised rivalry.
On the main card, Rajesh Pujari recorded the fastest finish of the night, submitting Jagjeet Singh Laddi in just 28 seconds. Devanshu Shukla defeated Amish Ashaq via technical stoppage after the latter could not continue post Round 1. Syed Imad Uddin also impressed with a 36-second stoppage win over Foozan Fayaz.
Among the prelims, Faizan Ashraf, Sivayogi, and G. Balu secured decision and TKO wins, while Siksha Goswami locked in a first-round armbar finish. Fiza Nazir earned a first-round TKO victory and paid tribute to late Indian MMA fighter Sai Keerthinath. The event was streamed on the LockerRoom India YouTube Channel and amassed more than 40,000 viewers.
