ONE Championship has revealed three high-stakes matchups for ONE Fight Night 38 on 6 December in Bangkok, Thailand, featuring undefeated prospects, legendary veterans, and potential title eliminators.
First, 20-year-old welterweight sensation Dzhabir Dzhabrailov will put his perfect 6-0 record and 100 percent finishing rate on the line against veteran Tongan-Australian Isi Fitikefu in a fight that will deliver fireworks.
Dzhabrailov has made a thunderous impact in ONE Championship, finishing all three of his opponents in less than two minutes. His rapid rise features a 20-second demolition of Eduardo Freitas at ONE Friday Fights 79 in September 2024, a swift TKO of Khusan Urakov in January 2025, and another lightning-fast finish of Nicolas Vigna at ONE Fight Night 32.
The Turkish prodigy faces his first real challenge in the 33-year-old Fitikefu, who brings a 9-1 record and two-fight winning streak. The Australian bounced back from a close split-decision loss to Ruslan Emilbek Uulu in November 2022 by submitting Valmir Da Silva and defeating Hiroyuki Tetsuka at ONE 168 in 2024.
Victory would position either fighter for a shot at Christian Lee's welterweight crown.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Marcelo Garcia continues his inspirational comeback when he meets Australia's Lachlan Giles in lightweight submission grappling action.
After conquering stomach cancer, 42-year-old Garcia made a remarkable comeback to competition, submitting Japanese legend Masakazu Imanari in his emotional ONE debut in January. Widely regarded as the greatest pound-for-pound BJJ competitor, Garcia faces a dangerous promotional debutant in Giles seeking to upset the legend.

Also, British Muay Thai icon Liam Harrison makes his ONE Championship kickboxing debut against Japanese striker Shinji Suzuki in bantamweight action.
The 40-year old Bad Company representative looks to rebound from consecutive losses to Seksan Or Kwanmuang and Nong-O Hama.
The 39-year-old Suzuki also transitions to kickboxing, creating an intriguing clash between veterans exploring new rule sets.
