BRAVE Combat Federation returns to Burgas for BRAVE CF 97, and one of Africa’s most dangerous rising stars will once again enter the spotlight. Eliezer Kubanza, a two-time African IMMAF champion and undefeated professional, is set to face England’s Jack Grant in the co-main event.
Kubanza (7-0), who trains out of SOMA Fight Club in Bali, Indonesia, has built a fearsome reputation with six knockouts in seven professional wins. A decorated amateur kickboxer with 33 wins, the Congolese fighter has translated his striking pedigree into a relentless MMA style defined by pressure, aggression, and fight-ending power.
Known by the nickname "King Kong," Kubanza will face his toughest test yet in Jack Grant, a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu with a reputation for comeback victories and slick submissions. For Kubanza, the matchup offers more than just another victory opportunity — it’s a shot to assert himself as a future title contender in the Super Welterweight division.
BRAVE CF 97 marks a return to the Bulgarian city after the promotion’s debut there at BRAVE CF 86, and fans can expect fireworks as Kubanza looks to extend his perfect record and climb the divisional ladder.
