Undeterred, Torres returned a year later at BRAVE CF 65, proving his mettle in a co-main event against Izzedine Al-Derbani.

A permanent move to Bantamweight reinvigorated Torres, setting the stage for his title aspirations. The path to the Bantamweight belt was not without challenges, with Nkosi Ndebele standing as a formidable obstacle.
