The Professional Fighters League (PFL) is ready to put up a total purse of $4 Million for a showdown between Cris Cyborg and Kayla Harrison.
This was announced by PFL Founder and Co-Owner Donn Davis last day on Twitter. Davis noted that both fighters will get a purse of $1 Million each while adding a $2 Million Winning bonus as well.
“Fans want the fight. Fighters want the fight. I have watched and listened … @PFLMMA will provide all money and handle all matters @KaylaH v @criscyborg. $1M each fighter + $2M winner bonus PPV Super Fight … no more talk … decide the best inside the cage,” the tweet read.
Kayla Harrison has already expressed her interest in a showdown with Cris Cyborg. The PFL star is currently undefeated in her professional MMA career so far and holds a record of 14-0 to her name. She has already booked her place in the PFL Playoffs and will be looking to win another season when she returns against Martina Jindrova.

The 32-year-old has an Olympic medal on her resume and transitioned into MMA back in 2018. Along with PFL, Kayla has also fought in Invicta Fighting Championship.
Cris Cyborg, on the other hand, has been enjoying success in Bellator. After a run in the UFC, Cyborg moved to Bellator where she is currently undefeated. Cyborg is currently 26-2 in her professional MMA career and has only lost to Amanda Nunes since 2005.
She is currently on a six-fight winning streak with wins across UFC and Bellator MMA. Interestingly, Cyborg also noted that she is exploring the possibility of competing in professional boxing.
