Chase Mann Ready To Derail Dzhabrailov's Knockout Streak At ONE Fight Night 42

Chase Mann knows exactly who Dzhabir Dzhabrailov is. He has done his homework, formed his plan, and has arrived in Bangkok ready to execute it.

The unbeaten American takes on another unbeaten Turkish knockout artist in the welterweight MMA main event of ONE Fight Night 42 on April 11 at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

It is a collision of two perfect records, two finishing specialists, and two fighters who could be one win away from challenging reigning ONE Lightweight and Welterweight MMA World Champion Christian Lee.

Mann opened his ONE account in January with a first-round TKO of Isi Fitikefu, a performance that added to a 7-0 career record built on five finishes and announced him as a welterweight worth watching. Now, facing the most dangerous opponent of his career, he brings the same methodical preparation that has carried him to this point.

"I've watched every fight of his, and he is another killer. He looks like a Muay Thai fighter. He's got very good skills. He's got very explosive striking. He usually gets it done in the first round, so I must find a way to use that against him," Mann said.

Dzhabrailov's record demands that level of respect. The 21-year-old has stopped all three of his ONE opponents inside two minutes since making his debut in 2024, building a 6-0 record on nothing but finishes.

Mann sees that very quality as his pathway to victory. He already knows how he expects the night to end.

"Somebody's getting finished. It's not going to a decision. It might take two, or it might take three. But I think I'll submit him halfway through the third round," he said.

A win on April 11 could open a door that most fighters spend years trying to reach, and Mann's response carries the measured confidence of a fighter who trusts his own timeline.

"I could see the winner of this match getting a title shot, for sure. I've always thought and said that I don't want to rush anything. But if the opportunity presents itself, absolutely. Let's do it!" he said.
