The nominees for the first category of this amazing project have been announced, just in time for the first-ever BRAVE Combat Federation Arab awards. There have been many incredible achievements in 2022, but five athletes made sure that their star would climb to the top by qualifying for the 2022 BRAVE CF Arab Finish of the Year title.
Mahmoud Sebie, Osama ElSeady, Abdelghani Saber, and Maysara Mohamed all met the requirements, and Anthony Zeidan from Lebanon also made the list. Four Egyptians have done well to fly their flag.
In the opening round of their BRAVE CF 67 match, Olympic wrestler Sebie defeated Wajdi Missaoui of Tunisia with some amazing ground and pound.
In the opening minute of the first round of the same competition, Mohammed Ali Sellam was taken out promptly by ElSeady's well-timed front right kick to the chin, which got the BRAVE Nation supporters talking.

Abdelghani Saber, who is more renowned for his professional boxing abilities, astonished the world by demonstrating that he is also a grappler at BRAVE CF 67 last year by submitting Algeria's Aymene Souane.
Maysara Mohamed set the bar for his fellow countrymen with his brutal knockout of Mohammed Farhad of India in the second round at BRAVE CF 57 in early 2022.
The sole non-Egyptian on the list is Anthony Zeidan of Lebanon, who stopped Ayman Galal of Egypt late last year with a precisely placed right hand in the second round in their BRAVE CF 67 match.
Seven of the 22 world champions that BRAVE CF has produced since its founding have been Arab fighters, demonstrating the brand's dedication to providing MENA athletes with opportunities to succeed and build long-term careers in MMA. What better way to recognise the region's talent than by establishing the 2022 BRAVE CF ARAB MMA Awards?
