BRAVE Combat Federation, in partnership with the Latin Fighter Championship, is set to present a captivating display of international prowess as elite competitors gather to vie for honors and assert their supremacy at BRAVE CF 73 in Bogota, Colombia, on August 12.

This event offers a remarkable stage for a select group of Colombian athletes, pitting them against adversaries hailing from various corners of Latin America in the LFC undercard battles.

Anticipating the LFC18 prelim card matchups, enthusiasts can anticipate the following four engaging contests:

Commencing the proceedings, Gabriel Bula of Colombia enters the Lightweight arena to square off against Ecuador's Diego Morillo. Bula, returning to the fray after nearly three years, is a submission specialist aiming to rebound after his initial loss in six fights at BRAVE CF 26. Morillo, seeking redemption and his first 2023 victory, is on a quest to bounce back from a unanimous decision loss to Roger Garcia in March.

In the ensuing encounter, Peru's Edgar Torres endeavors to do his mentor, Jose Torres, proud as he encounters the adept Colombian striker Carlos Toro in a Flyweight duel.

The pinnacle of the LFC card unfolds in the third prelim bout, featuring former BRAVE CF competitors Maurício Otalora of Colombia and Carlos Belloso of El Salvador in a Welterweight clash. Otalora, a seasoned Colombian fighter boasting 20 wins in 32 battles, including eight finishes and six knockouts, faces his former BRAVE CF counterpart. Belloso, a fighter who has triumphed via stoppage in all his encounters, including seven submissions, rides a two-fight victory streak and seeks to defy the Colombian fans by overcoming their local champion.

Concluding the prelim card engagements, a Featherweight skirmish ignites as Colombia's Andres Gómez crosses paths with Jefferson Gomez. Both athletes, although new to the professional scene, possess substantial experience in the amateur domain. Andres, in his pro debut, boasts five wins and a solitary loss in his amateur record, while Jefferson enters the professional cage for the second time with seven victories in eleven amateur clashes. Both combatants exhibit a strong foundation in Kickboxing, complemented by considerable prowess in grappling and wrestling, as evidenced by their collection of submission victories.
