Mohammad "Sher-e-Hind" Farhad and Ruel "Bagsik" Panales Part Two will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, on April 23. This fight will be the third on the BRAVE CF 70 fight card. With their No-Contest outcome at BRAVE CF 66 in Bali, Indonesia, late last year, Filipino fighter Panales and Indian MMA star Farhad still have unfinished business.

In the second round of their Bantamweight contest, Farhad plainly unintentionally kicked Panales in the crotch as the Filipino sought to counter with a kick of his own, putting an end to the eagerly awaited clash between these two respected characters. Ruel attempted to continue the battle in order to participate and thrill the crowd in his BRAVE CF debut, but he was unable to do so and there was no winner.

Farhad, the top-ranked bantamweight in India, never disappoints, having scored four knockouts in his first four BRAVE CF victories on his way to becoming the first Indian BRAVE CF champion. "Sher-e-Hind" was on a winning streak stretching back to 2018 before the No Contest and a loss in 2022.

Paneles entered the most international promotion, BRAVE CF, with an undefeated record and five victories by way of stoppage. Despite the fact that his BRAVE CF debut may not have gone as planned, he now has the opportunity to start over and forge ahead as the new face of Filipino MMA in the wake of the retirement of his coach and mentor, former BRAVE CF star Rolando Dy.

These two competitors will face off once more in the BRAVE CF Bantamweight class the following month in an effort to settle the score and win more accolades. BRAVE Combat Federation will collaborate with Slovenia's top local organisation WFC on its return to the scene with WFC 25, which is being promoted alongside BRAVE CF 70.

As the main attraction of BRAVE CF 70, Bosnia and Herzegovina's Erko Jun will square off against Slovenia's Marko Drmonjic in the Light Heavyweight division. The fight between Jose Torres and Nkosi Ndebele, who may be the top challenger at bantamweight, will serve as the co-main event.
