Bo Nickal is an American MMA Fighter and Freestyle wrestler. He holds a freestyle wrestling record of 28-10 to his name and an NCAA record of 120-3 to his name.
He started his run in NCAA in the year 2015 and competed for all the way to 2019. In between, he made his senior freestyle wrestling debut in the year 2016 as well.
Nickal is an Under 23 World Championship Gold Medallist in the year 2019 and in the same year, he won the US National Championship gold medal at 92 KGS. He holds three gold medals in the NCAA Division 1 National Championship as well. You can see his achievements in wrestling below.

Bo Nickal made his MMA debut against John Noland at iKON FC on June 3, 2022, at Richmond, Virginia in the United States. The fight happened at Middleweight and NIckal won the fight in the first round via a Knockout (Punches) in just 33 seconds. With the win, Nickal is now 1-0 in his professional MMA career. He was soon picked up for the Dana White Contender Series 49 where he is scheduled to fight Zachary Borrego on August 9, 2022, in Las Vegas Nevada in the United States.
The MMA fight of Bo Nickal at the Dana White Contender Series has already gained a lot of attention and it would be interesting to see whether he can live up to the hype on the big platform that UFC and DWCS have to offer.
The fight will happen at Middleweight and his opponent, Borrego, comes in with a record of 4-0 to his name and has fought in the FURY FC promotion before DWCS. Interestingly, 3 of Borrego’s four wins came via KO or TKO which makes it an interesting fight.
