World Kickboxing Network all set to crown first WKN India Champions

World Kickboxing Network is all set to crown the first set of WKN India champions for Pro-Am Low Kick rules.

The news was revealed through the social media channels of Fraggingmonk Promotions last week and the registrations are open for the same with early-bird registration benefits being available till 5 March 2021. Fraggingmonk Promotions also listed down a list of fighters that will be competing in future events. The qualifiers for the title will be held on March 20 and March 21 in Bangalore and the champions will be crowned tentatively in April.

“Fraggingmonk Fight Night 1 showed us a glimpse of some of the top contenders for the WKN India title. This time, we give an open call out to all kickboxers across the country to qualify to be on the main card and fight for these beauties. The registration process and event dates will be shared shortly

The divisions and fights for the main card of the India Cup are as follows (card subject to change)

  • 55 Bantamweight: Kishor vs bracket winner
  • 60 Featherweight Sunil Raj vs bracket winner
  • 65 Lightweight Edukonal Rao vs bracket winner
  • 70 Welterweight bracket finalists
  • 75 Middleweight Rajeev MP vs. bracket winner
  • 80 Light Heavyweight Ashwin Naidu vs. bracket winner”
