Ultimate Grappling Championship: Here are the athletes confirmed for the event

The Ultimate Grappling Championship is all set to happen on 28 February 2021 and will feature 32 grapplers from across the nation in a single-elimination tournament fought under EBI Rules.

Athletes from Warriors Cove Academy, Team Fit and Fight, Team Purple Hand Gang, Team Relentless, Institute of Jiu-Jitsu, and SOLO will be competing at the tournament which will be for grapplers under the 75 KG weight category. The tournament will also see three female athletes in action as Meryl Sebastian of Warriors Cove Academy, Margasiddha Chavan, and Surbhi Soman of Team Purple Hand Gang have registered for the same.

The tournament, which is organized by UFC MMA Gym Pune, is supported by FitBu, The Fight Label, Iphysio, and Spoden while LockerRoom India will serve as the Media Partner. You can see the athletes registered for the tournament below.
