Leverage Fight Night IX: Tarun Yadav fully confident on Crosstrain Fight Club

Crosstrain Fight Club’s Tarun Yadav has been an active presence in the Indian grappling scene for a long time now. He has competed across multiple tournaments both domestically and internationally and now, he is set to make his mark on the Leverage Fight Night arena.

Tarun will be going up against Debojit Dasgupta in the opening bracket of the event and has a stacked bracket on his side with the likes of Aman Gusain, Prashanth Kota, Chaitanya Gavali, Punyajit Likharu, Shaun Loyal, and Shiba Banerjee.

Ahead of the tournament, Tarun sat down with the Leverage Fight Night team to open up about competing in the tournament.

“I’m really looking forward to fighting my first-opponent Debojit Dasgupta. It will be a great fight but a short fight,” he said.

He also noted that his biggest advantage will be his Crosstrain Fight Club team.

“The Leverage Fight Night team has done a great job in putting together this show and it will definitely help in bringing more eyes to the sport,” he said.

Leverage Fight Night IX happens on December 18, 2020, in Delhi and will be streamed live on the Facebook Page of Leverage Fight Night. The submission-only tournament will be in a single-elimination format and will have a cash prize of Rs. 1 Lakh up for grabs.
