Captain Crazy Srikant Sekhar is set to make a quick return at Matrix Fight Night. MFN has announced that Srikant will be going up against Zahoor Shah of Afghanistan in a Lightweight contest at Matrix Fight Night 7.

Srikant, who currently holds a professional MMA record of 6-5 to his name, secured a stoppage win at Matrix Fight Night 6 against Satyajit Changmai. Srikant was initially supposed to fight Vikas Singh Ruhil at MFN 6 but the fight was canceled after Vikas suffered an injury. Satyajit stepped up on short notice for the fight in which Srikant secured a second-round submission.

Prior to this, Srikant fought three times in Matrix Fight Night and secured two wins.
