Reinier De Ridder wants to become a triple champion in ONE Championship. The Dutchman fought to a draw against BJJ legend Andre Galvao at ONE X this past weekend and though he called out Galvao for an MMA match, his focus remains on getting Arjan Bhullar.
In the post-fight interview after his fight, De Ridder said that he was not impressed with the draw. He further went on to add that he is open to fighting Bhullar at Light Heavyweight as well.
"Very happy I got to step in there with him. A draw is a draw. It's okay... It is what it is... I'm here to finish guys. Give me Bhullar. If they don't want to do it at heavyweight, if he doesn't want to do it at heavyweight, I'll put my belt on the line. Let's do it at light heavyweight. A historic thing to get three belts,” the Dutchman said.

Reinier De Ridder has been undefeated in his professional MMA career so far and holds a record of 15-0 to his name. He became a double champion recently with back-to-back wins over Aung La N Sang and had his first title defence against ONE Welterweight champion Kiamrian Abbasov as well.
Arjan, on the other hand, has not fought since winning the Heavyweight title from Brandon Vera. ONE Championship went on to create an interim Heavyweight title fight due to contractual disputes with Arjan and eventually, Russia’s Anatoly Malykhin was crowned the interim champion.
