For ONE Championship's next event, the inaugural ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix and a pair of grappling matchups were just confirmed. The main event and a total of 13 fights have now been announced.
The world's largest martial arts organization returns to the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday, May 20 with ONE 157: Petchmorakot vs. Vienot, which includes a pair of Muay Thai World Title fights. The ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Championship is on the line in the main event, as Petchmorakot Petchyindee defends his title against French challenger Jimmy Vienot.
Petchmorakot, who has a career record of 163 victories, won the division's maiden title in 2020. Since then, he's successfully defended it twice, defeating Thai great Yodsanklai Fairtex and Swedish superstar Magnus "Crazy Viking" Andersson.

Despite the fact that the Petchyindee Academy standout has established himself as the unquestioned monarch, there is reason to believe Vienot may overthrow him.
The 26-year-old Frenchman is a two-time WMC World Champion, a former Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion, and a former WBC World Champion. He has 51 victories, including victory against Rafi Bohic, Yodwicha Banchamek, and Sorgraw Petchyindee, Petchmorakot's training partner.
Vienot will also have a 2-inch height advantage over Petchmorakot, as well as momentum following a pair of title triumphs. In Singapore, he'll try to add the sport's most valuable award to his collection.

In addition to the World Title fights, ONE 157 will feature a heavyweight kickboxing match between rising stars Rade Opacic and Guto Inocente, as well as Nat "Wondergirl" Jaroonsak's MMA debut.
