Indian MMA star Mohammed Farhad signs with MTK Global MMA

Indian MMA star Mohammed Farhad has inked a deal with MTK Global MMA. The announcement was made by MTK Global last day through their website and their social media channels.

“Farhad will now take the next steps in his career alongside MTK MMA, as he looks to continue the impressive momentum he has built up so far. News on when Farhad will have her first fight as an MTK MMA fighter will be announced in due course. He is the latest big name to join MTK MMA, following the recent signings of Leonardo Damiani, Kushal Vyas, Aarti Khatri, Priya Saini, Mzwandile Hlongwa, Nizar Ben Amara, Borislav Nikolic and Talekh Nadjafzad,” the statement from MTK noted.

Farhad comes in with a wealth of experience and is currently 11-3 in his professional career with 10 of those wins coming via stoppages. He has been a mainstay in BRAVE Combat Federation as well and had his last fight in the promotion at BRAVE CF 30 where he secured a first-round TKO win against Kushal Vyas.

Prior to this, he had secured a decision win over Amr Abdel Malek at Kumite 1 League as well. Farhad is currently 3-1 in BRAVE Combat Federation and has also fought in Super Fight League as well where he had picked up six stoppage victories.

Farhad is the latest Indian signing by the management after they had earlier signed the likes of Priya Saini, Aarti Khatri and Kushal Vyas.
