Former UFC fighter Matt Riddle is looking forward to the opportunity to have a match with Brock Lesnar in the WWE.

Riddle is currently one of the most popular names in the WWE roster and in his recent interview with Adam’s Apple, Riddle revealed his desire to fight the former UFC Heavyweight champion in WWE.

“I would really like a one-on-one match with Brock. That would be great. But there’s a lot of talent out there. You got the Edges. I and Randy are partners, but you never know we might wrestle one day. There’s a lot,” he said.

Matt Riddle made his professional MMA debut with the UFC back in 2008 as part of The Ultimate Fighter 7 Finale. He went on to secure a professional MMA record of 8-3 to his name before turning into professional wrestling.

He fought 12 times in the UFC and was released from the promotion for failing two consecutive drug tests but Riddle noted that he had acquired a medical marijuana license which allowed him to smoke cannabis.
