Indian Open MMA Championship from MMA India to be held in Indore in September

The Indian Open MMA championship organized by MMA India Federation will be held in Indore from September 10 to September 12, 2021. The event will serve as the selection trials for the IMMAF World Championship in Kazakhstan which is scheduled to happen in November 2021.

The event sanctioned by MMA India Federation will be backed by Fight of Knights and is expected to be a huge event. The last time MMA India had organized a National Open Championship, the team had received a great response despite the pandemic.

The MMA India team is expecting a bigger response this time around and as per the team, it is bound to become the biggest amateur MMA event in India. The registrations are expected to happen in the first half of 10th September with the fights starting in the second half.

The IMMAF World Senior and Junior World Championships will be held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan from 27 November 2021 to 4 December 2021 and will be the last IMMAF Event of the year 2021. The event will be hosted by the Kazakhstan National Public Union of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Federation with support from the National Sports Committee of Kazakhstan.
