Team Lakay star Lito Adiwang reveals the UFC Fighter that he wants to fight

2021 was a memorable year for Lito Adiwang. The Team Lakay star had his share of ups and downs in the year which saw him pick up two wins and a loss. Heading to 2022, Adiwang has a lot of momentum on his side despite the recent loss to Jarred Brooks at ONE: NEXT GEN III.

As he prepares for a big 2022, the ‘Thunder Kid’ was quizzed about the names that he would like to fight in the UFC. Speaking to Manila Bulletin, Adiwang revealed that he would love to test his skills against UFC Flyweight champion Brandon Moreno.

The Filipino MMA star said that Moreno is an explosive fighter and it would be an exciting fight for the fans.

“At the end of the day, as a dreamer, a fighter, and a warrior, I want to test myself against him because he’s such an explosive fighter. For sure, this will be an exciting fight for the fans. On my end, that’s the kind of fighter I want to face, and that’s what I want my fans to see,” Adiwang said.

Moreno is currently 19-5 in his professional MMA career and has not suffered a loss in his last seven fights. He is currently sitting on top of an impressive win over Deiveson Figueiredo and is all set to have a trilogy fight with the former champion soon.
