UFC Lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is all set to face off against Interim Champion Justin Gaethje for a title unification bout in October. Earlier, Khabib had revealed that he wants to fight Georges St. Pierre in April after the Gaethje fight and now, Khabib has dropped another interesting comment on Instagram.

Last day, he wrote a comment on Joe Rogan’s post where he revealed what he plans to do with Justin Gaethje when these two meet in October.

“Justin is a very nice guy and good opponent for me, but when octagon close he have to be ready not only boxing match, I’m not Dustin [Poirier] or Tony [Ferguson]. I will take him to the deepest ocean and drown him,” Khabib Nurmagomedov wrote on Instagram.

Khabib, who is 28-0 in his professional MMA career, has been a force to reckon with in the UFC having won all his fights in a dominant manner. Gaethje, meanwhile, is coming off some impressive wins over Tony Ferguson and Dustin Poirier and has a wrestling background that most people usually overlook.

The venue for the showdown is yet to be confirmed by the UFC but the announcement is expected to happen soon. Who do you think will win when these two meets inside the cage? Let us know in the comment section below.
