Kevin Belingon is going through a rough phase in ONE Championship. The former ONE Bantamweight Champion is currently on a four-fight losing streak with his latest loss coming to Kwon Won II at ONE: Winter Warriors II.
Belingon suffered a second-round KO loss against the South Korean and prior to that, he had suffered a TKO loss to John Lineker as well which was preceded by two back-to-back losses to current champion Bibiano Fernandes.

Despite the slow run, Belingon’s Team Lakay teammate Stephen Loman believes that the veteran is bound to make a strong return in 2022.
"Everything happens in the fight and we accept it. We train together. We push one another in our training camp. He is very explosive like in sparing, everything, and in the ground. Maybe I think that this fight was not just his fight, he accepted it and he is feeling positive again that he will learn from his mistakes and I think he will come back strong,” Loman said (h/t Sportskeeda).
As for Loman, he entered the ONE Bantamweight division in style recently when he knocked out Yusup Saadulaev at ONE: Winter Warriors II. Interestingly, Loman has expressed his interest in fighting Kwon Won II before a potential title fight. Loman has also ruled out the possibility of fighting Belingon even though they are in the same division.
Considering that Kwon Won II stopped Kevin Belingon, a potential fight between Loman and Kwon would have high stakes for Team Lakay.
