Former ONE Bantamweight Champion Kevin Belingon returns to the ONE Circle at ONE: Winter Warriors II when he fights Kwon Won II in an important Bantamweight showdown. Currently ranked second in the division, Belingon could push his case for another title shot if he outclasses Kwon Won II and the stakes are clearly high.
Though the prospect of bouncing back is something that drives Belingon, there is something else that has lit a fire under him this time around: fatherhood.
Belingon’s daughter Kelsey is now one year old and in his recent interview with ONE Championship, he revealed that he is motivated by her.
“I’m truly motivated now. I have a kid to support, and that’s where the added fire and confidence stems from. If you have a fight, and then you think about having a family back home who’s there for you, you really want to do well for them. That’s the difference between being a single man to being a father and a husband. I think we can say that this is a new start for me,” he said.

The Team Lakay star further went on to add that he has prepared well for the fight and that he is confident of getting a win under his resume against the South Korean.
“I’m ready. I’ve prepared well. My confidence is unshaken. I feel even after that loss that my confidence in myself remains strong. I feel like I’m a lot stronger, honestly. I’m only hungrier and more determined to bounce back after those losses. I’m still motivated. The fire is still there,” Kevin added.
ONE: Winter Warriors II will air on 17 December 2021 and will be headlined by the showdown between Danny “The King” Kingad will square off against #4-ranked Kairat “The Kazakh” Akhmetov.
