Jenelyn Olsim is looking to bounce back strongly when she fights Jihin Radzuan at ONE Championship: Bad Blood.
Olsim is coming off a loss against the Indian Tigress Ritu Phogat in the ONE Atomweight Grand Prix and will be looking to get back to winning ways when she fights Jihin in February.
Talking to ONE Championship, Olsim said that she has changed a lot after her fight with Ritu.
"My fight with Ritu taught me to be more focused, that I need to have that presence of mind and to execute the game plan in actuality. On the training aspect, nothing has changed. All I have to do now is to execute,” she said.
The Team Lakay quoted her coach Mark Sangiao and noted that the fight with Ritu was a learning experience.
"I can say that I really learned a lot from that loss, but that loss has made me way more driven and more aggressive. Like what coach Mark [Sangiao] always says, it's either we win or we learn,” Olsim added.
When asked about her upcoming fight, Olsim promised a highly technical matchup.
"Expect a highly-technical battle and a more aggressive Jenelyn in this match,” she concluded.
