Matrix Fight Night 7: Ishika Thite and Jojo Rajkumari to lock horns at the event

An exciting strawweight fight between Ishika Thite and Jojo Rajkumari has been announced for Matrix Fight Night 7.

Gujarat’s Ishika Thite has been a mainstay in Matrix Fight Night for a long time now and has already fought twice in the promotion. She made her promotional debut against Aarti Khatri at Matrix Fight Night 2 and had suffered a split-decision defeat. Ishika, however, made a strong return in her second fight and secured a decision win over Naipunya Sunil at Matrix Fight Night 4. Training out of the Dojo Vadodara and Bidang MMA and Fitness, Ishika will be looking to continue her good run in the promotion when she steps into the cage to fight Jojo.

Fighting out of Manipur, Jojo Rajkumari made her promotional debut against Puja Tomar at Matrix Fight Night 6 in Dubai. Despite being the underdog in the fight, Jojo delivered a memorable performance and managed to push the experienced Puja. Although Jojo suffered a close decision defeat in the fight, the RMX MMA Manipur athlete managed to capture the attention of fans with her performance.

Where and when will Matrix Fight Night 7 happen?

Matrix Fight Night 7 will happen on December 10, 2021. The event will be held at the Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad, Telangana, and will be having 10 fights on the card.
