EXCLUSIVE: Satya Behuria confident of a submission win at Brave CF 30

India’s Satya Behuria is all set to make his Brave Combat Federation return at Brave CF 30 in Hyderabad, India.

The Flyweight prospect that currently trains out of Bali MMA, will be going up against fellow Indian PMS Dawngliana at the event and the fight will mark an end to his eight month long layoff after Brave CF 22. Satya noted that he was indeed offered a few fights during this time period.

“After 8 month I got opportunity to fight again in Brave, actually they offered me fight couple of times but unfortunately cancelled my fight; anyway something happens for good reason. Last 8 month I was in camp, getting better every day,” he said.

With the long camp added to his resume, Satya is now aiming get a submission victory at Brave CF 30 and give his friends and fans what they want.

“I saw his fight he is a good striker, but I see a lot of opening, I am better grappler than him. And I am sure am going to submit him. All my friend and fans knows I am coming for submission,” Satya added.

The Flyweight division of Brave Combat Federation in particular has been going through an interesting phase. While the promotion was scheduled to crown a new Flyweight Champion at Brave CF 29, the fight had to be cancelled. While Satya was looking forward to having a Championship title in his division, he admits that he is still a few more steps away from getting a shot at the gold.

“I was excited to see the flyweight championship but unfortunately got cancelled. Right now I am not ready for championship belt; this is going to be my 3rd fight, hoping soon I will be that level to get the opportunity for championship fight. I am ready for anyone in my division,” he added.

Brave CF 30 will happen on November 23, 2019 in Hyderabad and will be headlined by the Bantamweight Title fight between Stephen Loman and Louie Sanoudakis.
