WATCH: When Cristiano Ronaldo and Conor McGregor met in Las Vegas

It would be safe to say that Cristiano Ronaldo and Conor McGregor are two huge stars. Both the athletes were in the highest-paid athletes list from Forbes recently with Conor topping the list when Ronaldo was in the third position behind Lionel Messi.

Though these two are from entirely two different worlds, the urge to be the best in what they do is what connects them and they had met a few years back in Las Vegas as well.

The backstage video of the whole meeting was posted on the MacLife YouTube channel some years back and with Ronaldo and McGregor in the news lately, here is a look back at that time when these two icons met and spent some time together.

Cristiano Ronaldo is currently enjoying a good season with Manchester United after moving back to the club from Juventus. McGregor, on the other hand, has been out of action due to a leg injury and is expected to make his return in a few months.
