Cristiano Ronaldo reacts to highest earning athlete per minute post from Conor

Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo has sent out a cheeky reaction to the Highest earning athletes per minute post from former UFC champion Conor McGregor.

Last day, Conor posted an image on his Instagram account which showed that he earned a whopping $8.5 Million Dollars per minute inside the cage in the year 2021. Conor was followed by Canelo Alvarez who earned $444K per minute inside the boxing ring.

Tom Brady earned $37K per minute on the field when Paris St. Germain and Brazilian footballer Neymar earned $32K per minute on the field. Last on the list was Cristiano Ronaldo who earned $18K per minute on the field.

Ronaldo commented three laughing emojis beneath the post from Conor without explaining anything further.

Conor McGregor was the highest-paid athlete in 2021 as per Forbes above both Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. McGregor, however, had most of the share of his income from selling his stakes in Proper Twelve when compared to his actual fighting incoming.

Coming to the calculations regarding the earning per minute, Conor fought twice in 2021 with a combined ring time of 12 minutes and 32 seconds meaning that his entire income will be divided by this time.

As for footballers like Ronaldo and Neymar, they play up to 90 minutes each week in seasons spanning up to nine months which takes their time on the field to a huge number when compared to the 12 minutes that Conor spent.
