Korean superstar Tae Kyun Kim finally has an opponent for his homecoming at BRAVE CF 58. ‘’Ares’’ will face off against Roman Bogatov in a Featherweight bout that will serve as the main event of BRAVE Combat Federation’s first-ever show in Korea, the organization has announced. BRAVE CF 58 takes place on April 30th, in Incheon, Korea, in association with Beast Championship Federation.
Tae Kyun Kim is undefeated so far in his professional career, which includes four victories under the BRAVE CF banner. He made his debut back at BRAVE CF 29, when he earned a unanimous decision over Erick da Silva. He then followed that up with a big win over Arturo Chavez at BRAVE CF 43 and subsequently made 2021 the best year of his career.

He kicked off the year with the biggest win of his career against fellow surging contender Husein Kadimagomaev, handing the Swiss-Chechen his first and thus far only pro loss. Kim then earned the first main event spot of his career when he traveled to Nurzhan Akishev’s home in Almaty, Kazakhstan to headline BRAVE CF 53. After being nearly finished in the first round, he returned with a vengeance in a fight of the year candidate - he was also nominated for Fighter of The Year at the 2021 BRAVE CF Awards.
Bogatov, meanwhile, will look for his third straight win at BRAVE CF, after having a similar 2021 to that of his opponent. He made his debut at BRAVE CF 46 in January, beating Nurzhan Akishev by a unanimous decision. He then followed that up with another big victory, this time against Abdulmutalip Gairbekov at BRAVE CF 51, and now will return to action with views to a title shot.
