Pre and Post Pregnancy: ONE Champion Angela Lee details her journey

ONE Championship Atomweight champion Angela Lee is all set to fight Stamp Fairtex at ONE: X in March. Lee has been out of action since 2019 and the champion recently posted a photo on her Instagram page where she recalled how her pregnancy journey was.

Angela also posted a picture of her comparing the pre and post-pregnancy period and noted that she was grateful.

“Yesterday Ava Marie made 9 months and wow, what a journey it has been for us! This picture really puts it all in perspective for me.

On the left, I was 9 months pregnant with Ava, just days away from giving birth & on the right, is a picture we took today! Ava is 9 months old and it's been 9 months postpartum for me. I am so grateful for this body of mine, that housed, nourished and protected my baby girl.

I am definitely taking a lot better care of my body, nourishing it not just for me but also for Ava as I'm still breastfeeding and nursing her.

We have gone through a lot and we have grown a lot together... I'm so proud of us! I love you baby girl, thank you for teaching me how to be a good momma to you,” Angela wrote on her Instagram page.

The American is currently 10-2 in her professional MMA career and was on a two-fight losing streak prior to her win over Xiong Jing Nan at Atomweight which was her last fight. Stamp Fairtex, on the other hand, earned her shot at the ONE Atomweight title by winning the ONE Atomweight Grand Prix where she outclassed The Indian Tigress Ritu Phogat in the final.
