5th MMA National Championship by MMA India to be held in Ambikapur in 2022

MMA India has announced that the 5th MMA National Championship 2022 will be held from 17th-20th of February 2022. Chhattisgarh MMA Association (CGMMAA) led by Nitin Singh and Dr. Divya Nitin Singh in association with Warriors Academy Chhattisgarh and Warriors Academy Surajpur is all set to play host for the upcoming edition of the National Championship which will be held at Ambikapur.

The championship is expected to be the biggest MMA Championship ever held in India with participation expected from more than 400 athletes from across the country with Youth, Junior, and Senior categories for the championship. The event will be sponsored by Tjiworld.

The event was announced by MMA India President Sharif Bapu in the closing ceremony of the 6th Bengaluru Open MMA Championship 2021 which was held at the Forum Neighbourhood Mall in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

MMA India had also successfully conducted two nationals in 2021 apart from the 6th Bengaluru Open MMA Championship 2021. The 4th MMA India National's 2021 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in the month of February 2021 and the Indian Open MMA Championship 2021 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh in the month of September 2021.
