Former Bantamweight Champion Stephen Loman Rejoins BRAVE CF

BRAVE Combat Federation announced Wednesday that Filipino mixed martial arts standout Stephen “The Sniper” Loman has signed a multi-bout agreement, marking his return to the promotion where he first rose to international prominence.

BRAVE CF President Mohammed Shahid said the organization is “incredibly proud” to welcome back one of its trailblazing champions.

“Stephen Loman is a true pioneer of BRAVE CF and one of the athletes who helped shape the identity of our organization,” Shahid said. “His skill, dedication, and championship pedigree make him a fighter worthy of any stage in the world.”

Loman, a former BRAVE CF bantamweight world champion, called the move a homecoming.

“Being back with BRAVE CF feels like coming home,” Loman said. “This promotion gave me my first big opportunity, and I am grateful to Mr. Mohammed Shahid for welcoming me back. I’m motivated and ready to work toward reclaiming the championship.”

Loman enters the renewed partnership with a 17-3 professional record, including six knockouts and two submissions. He remains undefeated in BRAVE CF competition, holding a 6-0 mark.

His crowning moment came at BRAVE CF 9 in 2017, when he captured the inaugural bantamweight title with a first-round TKO over Gurdarshan Mangat. He went on to defend the belt four times, including a knockout of former featherweight champion Elias Boudegzdame in front of a home crowd at the Mall of Asia Arena in 2019. His reign lasted 1,179 days.

The Lions Nation MMA athlete is expected to return to action in 2026, with eyes on a potential showdown against current bantamweight champion Borislav Nikolić.
