Stamp Fairtex be formally introduced to American fans on May 5.
The highly anticipated debut of the organisation in the United States, ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video, will feature a compelling matchup between the top-ranked atomweight MMA contender and the well-rounded American Alyse Anderson.
As a former ONE Atomweight Kickboxing and Muay Thai World Champion, Stamp has a distinguished resume, and watchers anticipate seeing her world-class stand-up abilities in action.
After all, the three-sport sensation is unquestionably the most dangerous striker in ONE's atomweight MMA division, having amassed more than 60 victories in his career.
The 25-year-old is fully aware of this notoriety, and at the Colorado 1stBank Center, she intends to live up to the hype:
“Of course, I’m good at the stand-up part of the game. Every opponent has tried to put me on the ground. They always tried to take me down. My strength is my stand-up game. This is what I will bring to the fight,” Stamp noted in an interview with ONE Championship.
Stamp acknowledges that she might not be the better wrestler in this contest.
Indeed, Anderson enters this fight with a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and comes off a thrilling first-round submission win against Asha Roka.
The Fairtex fighter claims that while having a possible disadvantage on the ground, she will more than make up for it by overwhelming the America.
“I am more skilled than [Anderson] in terms of Muay Thai and kickboxing. And in the ground game, maybe I am inferior, but I think I will have the advantage and will come out on top in our striking exchanges,” she added.
According to Anderson, her opponent is a one-dimensional fighter who is a skilled striker but nothing more in what is swiftly turning into a classic striker-versus-grappler contest.

Stamp, for her part, vehemently disputes that conclusion.
Although the ONE Women's Atomweight MMA World Grand Prix Champion prefers to trade punches on the ground, she has won two matches via submission inside the Circle, including a 2021 victory over wrestler Ritu Phogat.
“She’s correct. Let her believe it that way. Because if I beat her during the ground fight – similar to how I beat Ritu with an armbar – it will surprise everyone,” she said.
