A highly anticipated showdown is set to take place at ONE Friday Fights 18, airing during Asia primetime on May 26 at the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
In one matchup, the reigning ONE Women's Strawweight Muay Thai World Champion, Smilla "The Hurricane" Sundell, will step into the ring against the Serbian sensation, Milana Bjelogrlic, in a non-World Title catchweight kickboxing clash at 128 pounds.
Another exciting bout on the card features the rising Moroccan star, Mohammed "Too Sharp" Boutasaa, who will face off against Iranian adversary Mohammed Siasarani in a featherweight kickboxing contest.
Sundell claimed the inaugural ONE Women's Strawweight Muay Thai World Title in April 2022, at just 17 years old, after a hard-fought decision victory over Filipino-American fighter Jackie Buntan. Returning to the ring after a year, Sundell will now compete under kickboxing rules, signaling her potential pursuit of two-sport greatness and the chance to become the first strawweight kickboxing queen.
Opposite Sundell stands the promotional newcomer, Bjelogrlic, a tall and skilled fighter in the strawweight division. At 20 years old, Bjelogrlic trains at the renowned Tiger Muay Thai gym and boasts extensive experience, including a WAKO Amateur Kickboxing World Title.
Meanwhile, the high-flying and entertaining Boutasaa aims to rebound after a closely contested decision loss to Thai legend Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong at ONE on Prime Video 3 last October, which marked the first defeat of his professional career.
The 23-year-old Moroccan has already captured the attention of fans with his flashy and fearless striking style, displaying the potential to become a long-term superstar in the sport.

However, Boutasaa faces a tough challenge in Siasarani, a 20-year-old representative of Venum Training Camp. Siasarani enters the bout with confidence following a majority decision victory over Thai veteran Avatar PK Saenchai at ONE Friday Fights 2 in January.
