Rajkummar Rao as an actor is familiar to many but did you know that he is a national champion in Taekwondo?

In one of his past interviews, Rajkummar Rao revealed that he started training in martial arts at a young age itself. He revealed that he used to train in Taekwondo and hopes to showcase his Taekwondo skills on screen one day or the other.

"Not many people know about this interest of mine in doing the action, also somebody has to take that risk. Nobody can imagine me doing the action, I hope someone casts me in an action film," Rao said during one of his interviews.

Rajkummar Rao has been part of the Bollywood industry for more than a decade now. He made his film debut with Rann and played notable roles in films like Kai Po Che, Shahid, Queen, Stree, Trapped and Aligarh. He also featured in the critically acclaimed web series Bose: Dead/Alive.

Akshay Kumar is another Taekwondo black belt in Bollywood. Akshay, who was known for his action sequences from the start of his Bollywood career itself, has also trained in Muay Thai. Isha Koppikar also holds a black belt in Taekwondo.
