Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 Achieves Record-breaking Viewership Milestone

Star Sports Network, the official broadcaster of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), continues to set new standards for Kabaddi viewership in India. The milestone Season 10 of the league has captured an astonishing 226 million viewers during the first 90 matches, marking a significant 17% increase in reach compared to Season 9. This remarkable achievement makes PKL Season 10 the only sport outside cricket to surpass the 200 million mark multiple times.

In addition to the impressive reach, Star Sports Network has recorded a staggering 38 billion minutes of watch time, reflecting a substantial 15% increase compared to Season 9. The Television Rating (TVR) has witnessed a notable 22% rise, underlining the growing popularity of Kabaddi among Indian sports enthusiasts.

PKL Season 10 has already surpassed last year’s viewership figures, with the playoffs and finals yet to be played. The playoffs are set to commence on February 26, 2024, at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium (G. M. C. Balayogi Indoor Stadium) in Hyderabad. The Finals will take place on March 1, 2024.
