At a formal press announcement at the storied Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, ONE Championship (ONE) and the Royal Thai Army today announced a partnership to develop a new weekly live entertainment titled "ONE Lumpinee."
52 live events will be held by ONE in Thailand in 2023, as was revealed during the press conference. Each event will be aired globally in more than 150 countries thanks to ONE's extensive worldwide media rights partnerships.
By hosting top-notch martial arts tournaments sponsored by ONE, Lumpinee Stadium will become the Mecca of Muay Thai and the country's most important centre of sports entertainment and tourism, helping to make Muay Thai and the Thai martial arts ecosystem a popular attraction on a global scale.
Chatri Sityodtong, Chairman and CEO of ONE Championship, stated: “ONE Lumpinee will be a landmark partnership between ONE Championship and the Royal Thai Army that will unite and ignite the Muay Thai and martial arts ecosystem in Thailand like never before.”

General Suchart Dangprapai, Director of the Royal Thai Army Sports Center, stated: “This is a great opportunity to publicize the collaboration between the Royal Thai Army Sports Center (Muay Thai Lumpinee) and ONE Championship. Mr. Chatri, who has achieved great success in this business, will work with us in the dissemination of Muay Thai, our national combat sport, and all martial arts all over the world. I would like to thank Mr. Chatri once again for this great opportunity.”
In addition, ONE revealed that it would be returning to Thailand on January 14 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok for "ONE on Prime Video 6," which will air on Friday, January 13, at 10 p.m. ET in the United States. Several of ONE's Thai superstars will be on the show, including former two-sport world champion Stamp Fairtex, who will compete in a mixed-rules superfight against top-ranked women's kickboxer Anissa Meksen. Nong-O Gaiyanghadao and Rodtang Jitmuangnon, two former ONE Muay Thai World Champions, are also anticipated to compete.
