In a highly anticipated rematch, Tawanchai PK Saenchai successfully defended his ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Championship against Jo "Smokin'" Nattawut at ONE 167: Tawanchai vs. Nattawut II. The event took place in front of a sold-out crowd at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
The main event showcased the striking prowess of both fighters. Tawanchai dominated the early rounds with aggressive attacks, forcing his compatriot Nattawut to adopt a defensive stance. The action intensified in the third round when Nattawut mounted a comeback, landing significant blows that momentarily put Tawanchai on the back foot.
Despite Nattawut's efforts, Tawanchai regained control in the final two rounds, delivering decisive strikes that ultimately secured his victory. The judges awarded Tawanchai a majority decision, allowing him to retain his championship belt.
In the co-main event, ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang "The Iron Man" Jitmuangnon made a triumphant return, defeating Denis "The Bosnian Menace" Puric in a 141.25-pound catchweight kickboxing bout. Rodtang showcased his signature style, unleashing rapid-fire combinations and landing precise strikes to Puric's head and body. He also demonstrated his defensive skills, effectively avoiding Puric's power punches.
Puric rallied in the final round, but Rodtang's resilience and strong finish earned him a unanimous decision victory from the judges.
