UFC apparel partner Venum has been getting some bad press lately due to Wardrobe issues. Former champion Jessica Andrade had raised the issue after her fight with Erin Blanchfield. After this, Montana De La Rosa raised the same issue after her fight with Tatiana Suarez.
And now, Andrea Lee has come out speaking out about the same.
“This just happened Jessica Andrade. People don't understand, those sports bras by venom honestly suck. I always have so many request for the seamstress when they let us try on the uniform. I just double up on sports bras because they are so unreliable. I saw you trying to fix it too during the fight, I hate that,” Lee noted on Instagram under a post from WMMA Rankings.

Andrea Lee has been part of the UFC since 2018 and has fought in LFC and Invicta Fighting Championship prior to this. In fact, she has also fought Montana De La Rosa under the UFC platform and had secured a win back in 2019 when she secured a decision win.
Lee went on a three-fight skid after this loss with her last loss of the three coming against Roxanne Modafferi.
Roxanne, meanwhile, had an interesting take on the issue and urged the female fighters to wear shirts during their fights. Roxanne also noted that she used to do the same when she was fighting in the UFC.
“Maybe women should wear shirts then. Or get silicone sprayed on the bra underlining. They did that for me,” the tweet from Roxanne noted.
A long list of fans on social media also backed the statement from Roxanne and even pointed out examples of Lauren Murphy who had wore shirts during some of her fights.
