Indian MMA prospect Monjit Yein is set for his biggest challenge yet as he takes on Filipino fighter Justine in a strawweight bout at ONE Friday Fights 101 at Lumpinee Stadium.
Yein, who remains undefeated with a 5-0 record, has been a dominant force in the Bidang Fighting Championship (BFC). Training under Indian MMA star Bhabajeet Choudhury at Bidang MMA in Assam, Yein has showcased well-rounded skills, securing his latest win by submitting Jansent Taladtad via rear-naked choke at BFC 6. His impressive resume includes victories over Sagar Kashyap, Kenedy Mawiong Mawiong, and Santosh Bag.
Justine, also an emerging talent, has proven his grappling skills with submission wins over Deo Anthony Bacelonia and Nino Pascual. His aggressive ground-and-pound style was on display in his TKO victory over Francis Pervera at UGB 38.
As both fighters aim to make a statement at Lumpinee Stadium, this highly anticipated bout promises action-packed moments in the strawweight division.
