Indian MMA star Mohammed Farhad is set to make his BRAVE Combat Federation return at BRAVE CF 66. Farhad, who has been part of BRAVE CF since its inception, will be fighting Ruel Panales of The Philippines at the event which happens in Indonesia.
The Indian, who currently holds a record of 12-4 to his name, is coming off a loss against Maysara Mohamed at BRAVE CF 57. He will be looking to get back on winning ways when he fights Panales.
Prior to his loss against Maysara, Farhad was on a three-fight winning streak. He had secured wins over Kushal Vyas and Uloomi Karim in BRAVE CF with the win against Uloomi being a KO of the year contender.
Farhad was part of the first-ever BRAVE Combat Federation event BRAVE CF 1 which happened back in 2016 and is also the first fighter to get a TKO win in the promotion. After his promotional debut at BRAVE CF 1, he competed at BRAVE CF 5 and BRAVE CF 9. He then fought Kushal Vyas at BRAVE CF 30 and Uloomi Karim at BRAVE CF 47.
Undefeated Filipino MMA prospect
Ruel Panales is an undefeated Filipino prospect who holds a record of 4-0 to his name. Training alongside BRAVE CF veteran Rolando Dy, Ruel has been competing in the professional circuit since 2021.
He built himself a reputation at RSF where he won a Last Man Standing tournament by securing three wins in one day. Ruel, interestingly secured all his three wins via stoppages. After this, he went on to compete at UAE Warriors as well where he won against Magomed Gadzhimuradov via a doctor’s stoppage in the second round.
The Filipino will have a huge chance to make an impact when he fights Farhad who is ranked in the BRAVE CF Bantamweight rankings.
